Privacy Notice

This notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) to inform people who visit ofnisur.com and who contact us through the contact form, by e-mail or by phone.
It covers only the ofnisur.com website and our corporate contact channels. Processing within our brands' own products and services (Avlusta, Cedrus) is explained in each brand's own notice.

2. Personal data we process
- Identity and contact: full name, e-mail address; your phone number if you call us.
- Request content: the subject you choose and the information you write in your message.
- Security: IP address, browser and device information, time of the request. These records are kept briefly by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention.
Please do not share special categories of personal data, such as health information, in your message.
3. Purposes
- Answering your request and forwarding it to the relevant brand or our corporate team,
- conducting discussions before an offer or contract,
- keeping the website and the contact form secure and preventing spam and attacks,
- meeting our legal obligations and protecting our rights in possible disputes.
4. Method of collection and legal grounds
Your personal data is collected electronically and directly from you through the contact form, e-mail and phone; technical data is collected automatically while you use the website. The legal grounds are those in KVKK Art. 5/2: (c) it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, (ç) it is necessary to comply with our legal obligations, (e) it is necessary to establish, exercise or protect a right, (f) it is necessary for our legitimate interests (answering your request, ensuring security), provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.
No processing is based on explicit consent. The checkbox in the form confirms that you have read this notice; it is not a declaration of consent.
5. Transfers
Your personal data is not sold or shared for marketing. Your request is forwarded only to the relevant brand team within Ofnisur. Our service providers are Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), which hosts the website and forwards form messages by e-mail, and our e-mail service provider. As their servers may be located abroad, transfers are made with the safeguards set out in KVKK Art. 9. Data may be disclosed to competent public authorities where required by law.
6. Retention
Messages sent through the contact form are not stored on the website; they are only forwarded to our team by e-mail. E-mail correspondence is kept for at most one year after your request is concluded and is then deleted or anonymised. If a discussion turns into a contract, the related records are kept for the periods required by contract and financial legislation.
7. Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad; to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; to request erasure or destruction under KVKK Art. 7; to request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred; to object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
8. How to apply
You can send your request to hi@ofnisur.com, with information that lets us verify your identity, or in writing to our company address. Your request will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on its nature.
